Answer Hi James- You would have to contact someone in St.Croix. The only # I can think to start you out would be the St.Croix Dept. of Tourism- 340-773-0495 or try 340-772-0357. Good luck. Sorry I couldn't be of more help but there just aren't any phone #'s in our local directory, relevant to the oil refinery there.
