U.S. Virgin Islands - relocateing to st john

Expert: Susie Rano - 2/19/2009

Question
I have looked every which way for long term rentals in st johns. Can you advise who to contact or what to do? My husband may be coming down in the next 3 to 4 weeks working for a company down there. Any advice would be great.

Answer
Hi Rhonda-

I can only suggest that you try www.vimovingcenter.com for help with St.John rentals.  They have a very active message board for you to pose your question(s) regarding STJ rentals.  If it becomes very difficult for your husband to find a short-term rental (in your price range), he may want to consider securing a rental on St.Thomas and commuting to St.John.  The ferry is only about a 15 minute ride between the islands.  Let me know if I can be of further help.  Best of luck to your hubby.

Respectfully,
Susie
