Will I need to get a passport to Visit the U. S. Virgin Islands and then return to Minnesota?

Hi Colleen-

Since the USVI is a territory of the United States, I don't believe you need a passport when traveling to and from stateside to here. To be safe, you should confirm this with your local travel agent.
