My fiance and I are getting married on Oct. 2 09 and would like to plan a honeymoon to St. Thomas and St. John but not sure what the weather is like cause it is still hurricane season.  I have been to St. Thomas twice and I love it there!! So beautiful especially St. John.  Could you let me know?

Hi Nancy-

Yes, hurricane season starts June 8th and officially ends on Thanksgiving Day.  We get MANY people traveling to the islands during hurricane season.  The bad news- you take a risk of a tropical storm or hurricane.  The good news- many hotels & cruises offer discounted rates during this time.  My advice- come on down to America's Caribbean Paradise & be sure to get travel insurance.
