AboutEarth Sister Expertise My lifelong personal contact with alien life is physical and spiritual, educational and progressive. The main representatives of the most highly intelligent, advanced and evolved races that visit Earth are my closest contacts, my teachers, and my lives long friends and colleagues.
These fine beings are those in charge of the organization of all of Earth's visiting races. My role with them is part of the multi world effort to unite our world with our local group of worlds. It is my position and intention to share my knowledge in order to help other humans learn about universal life and the nature of contact between us all.
My lifelong spiritual experiences include spirits of the departed, spirit guides and angels who work together with humanity and our galactic neighbors for the same objectives to ensure the survival of our human race.
I can answer questions specifically about the 218 alien races that are visiting Earth, their organization here, their common technologies of travel and concealment, their natural abilities, why they come here and what their intentions are for the human race. For other humans who have contact, I help facilitate communication and understanding so that they may become more productive in their own roles if they so choose. I can also answer questions about why there is so much confusion on Earth about these subjects and expose the disinformation that rules the human UFO field.

What meditation technique do you use? You just concentrate on your breath or you use some other technique?

Answer This is the main technique I use to increase spiritual awareness. The object of it is to cease interference of all mundane mind activity or noise. Think of it like letting your body fall asleep while you keep your mind awake and alert. Also think of how much easier it is to hear a quiet sound or see a slight movement when everything else is silent and still.
Relax in a quiet place where you can't be interrupted by anyone or anything. Lay back so your body is completely supported as you continue to relax each part of your body. Close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths all the way in slowly through your nose and all the way out slowly through your mouth. Then breathe normally, continuing to relax further. Focus on your breathing and empty your mind of all thought. Think of nothing. If a thought comes in, gently usher it out and continue to think of nothing- just focus on your breathing.
Do this for 20 to 30 minutes every day. The benefits are both short term and long term and encompass all aspects of living. Continuing to do this daily will increase the benefits. This is an exercise just like when you lift weights to build your muscles. It causes you to gain strength that you can use to do many things with. It focuses your mind and energy, and teaches you to use your body, mind and spirit together as one.
Once you master a relaxed body and blank mind while fully alert, you are in a prime state to more easily recall literally anything from any state of consciousness. (All humans have four.) What you can recall includes physical events from physical life, like "Where did I leave my keys?" and spiritual events from spiritual life which include meeting and communicating with everyone we know. For some humans, their spiritual lives include meetings and experiences with alien people.
Alien experiences are always spiritual experiences and also sometimes physical experiences. Normally, it is by spirit that we meet with and communicate with our alien contacts. If you recall your contact with alien life sometimes after you engage in it, that is because that is when you have connected your states of consciousness to physically "see into" what you are aware of by spirit.
If you achieve physical awareness during alien contact (or during any thing you are engaged in by spirit) then that is because you are presently connected between your states of consciousness at the time of the event, and your recall is immediate.
Many humans have little or no spiritual awareness, but that doesn't determine how much or what kinds of things they are doing by spirit. We are all spirit and we are all actively engaging by spirit with many other beings, including all our friends and family on Earth, at all times, day and night. Many humans who work with alien life are completely unaware of it on a physical level.
You can't make alien contact happen to you if you are not spiritually related to another race, but you can look in the right direction and place to find if working with alien life is part of what you do by spirit. Just looking into yourself will open your awareness to the nature of all life, all beings, all your activities and communications by spirit. The alien people are just more people included in spiritual life.
