An alien experiencer can tell what race he is related to by asking them. Normally the first race who visits him, and most often, is who he is related to. Only 10% of humans who are related to an alien race were once inside of their race in a previous life. The rest are decedents of the 10%.
I don't know when the organization will show up in Tokyo. They only tell me "soon". The USA and other leading nations will try to ruin all true information coming out of Japan about the visiting races.
As for mothman and other popular hoaxes, it's just the way people are to make something out of nothing, and then more people repeat it and add more to it and repeat it again and again and again.
I don't know exactly how many races are in our solar system. More than two, is all I know.
The Blue's race is millions of years evolved and advanced beyond our race. They are very well known and respected throughout this part of the universe. There are other races visiting Earth who are longer evolved and greater advanced, and The Blue's race works closely with them. There are even older, greater races surrounding our area who do not regularly visit Earth, but who are welcome.

Also our galactic union of 5,200 advanced races is only of 5galaxies but
there are more then 50 galaxies are the rest below the 5 we are part of or

There are countless unions of countless galaxies of countless races of people. No known race knows how many races there are.
Most other life is much older than we are in this area. The oldest race that visits Earth is Zar's race at over 6 billion years evolved, counted in Earth years. The oldest race in our union area is 16 billion years evolved, counted in Earth years.
The people of Zar's race are the longest living of those that visit Earth at about 1000 years, counted in Earth years. The people of most of our visiting races live hundreds of years. Zar is about 500 years old.
Everyone has telepathic capabilities. Generally, further evolved races have further evolved natural abilities, including telepathic. Humans who are spiritually related to a further evolved race have naturally inherited some degree of natural abilities. However, not all races have the same, nor same degree, of natural abilities even from their very beginning. Every race is unique.
