AboutEarth Sister Expertise My lifelong personal contact with alien life is physical and spiritual, educational and progressive. The main representatives of the most highly intelligent, advanced and evolved races that visit Earth are my closest contacts, my teachers, and my lives long friends and colleagues.

I really really need to know the absolute truth about this, otherwise I thing I will go crazy very soon.. so if you don't have any insight regarding this I would really appreciate if you could ask Zar or Demetri or any of your friends.
Do you think that all those people capable of going out-of-body, experience ESP, have telekinetic
abilities and so on.. are strictly part of those 40% of humankind that are related to aliens by soul and have
naturally inherited some of these abilities? Or you think that every single human being without exception has the capacity
to develop these abilities and his/her success or failure is the result of his/her aura, state of mind, determination, motivation, etc..
I am not talking about deep meditation as I know anybody can achieve that with some practice.. I am talking about the next step

Answer Hi, lemains. I understand your question and I will elaborate.
All people of all races are born with natural spiritual abilities. These abilities are inherited and accumulated from the beginning of individual creation of the soul, whether they have been in life in their own race before, or another race before, or if they are in their first life.
What I know from my alien friends is that all races have some common, some rare and some unique abilities. I don't know what all of these abilities are, but for instance, communicating by telepathy and traveling out of body are common abilities to all races, not just for people but also for animals. And true clairvoyance is one ability that is not natural to our human race. Also, many races have the ability of telekinesis, but some races have a greater level no matter how long evolved. And some races are "transmuters" meaning they can change the molecular structure of their physical bodies.
A human who has been in life before in another race has abilities from that race in addition to the natural abilities from being born here as human. Also a human whose parent(s) have "alien" abilities has inherited those abilities to a lesser degree. The abilities may be greater common abilities, or abilities not even natural to the human race.
In every race there are individuals who are born with greater talents for the abilities common to their own race. Also, any person of any race can practice his awareness and use of his own abilities. These are not evolution, per say. Think of any mental or physical ability that one might practice and excel at.
In every race there are rare occurrences of spontaneous abilities by mutation.
No matter where our spiritual abilities originate from, we humans are all limited in access and use of them just by being human, especially the "alien" ones. If we practice, we may achieve greater access than if we do not. And if we have alien contact, our alien friends can help us achieve greater access than we can on our own.
All abilities of a race belong to and depend on the whole of a race and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the race through generations. All races in any area depend on each other and contribute to the ongoing evolution of all, and this is true even for all of life throughout all of the universes.
