Question I don't believe in Aliens, I 100% positive they exist.
There was a time I could mentally make contact at will but
when they would show up I'd be so struck with terror they
would leave respecting my feelings of that fear. I have
always as far as I can remember owned and slept with a
firearm. Only for protection against my real human fear.
When my sixth sense would warn me that someone was in the
area I simply put gun in hand. My time friends may have
thought it was for them and quit showing for years. I don't
terror any more but I do want contact again. Is there a
way? I have felt the Grays presents and have actually saw
and talked to a Nordic. I would wish this on everyone on
earth.Your life will never be the same. For those who
don't believe, you are missing out on something that can't
be duplicated in any form. They will not hurt you. If you

If you have alien contact, then you always have and always will, but you may not be physically aware of it. If your alien contact seems to have stopped and you want it to start again, or if you want to be more aware of what you are doing by spirit with them, go straight to your alien contacts about it.
Yes, there are things you can do to get aligned for it. Be stable. Be balanced. Practice integrity. Be clean in body, mind and soul. Think straight and naturally. Stay close to God as you know God. Meditate. Write down your dreams.
However, no matter what you do, when the alien people want you, they will make it perfectly clear to you. And if they cannot work with you right now or just cannot let you be AWARE that you work with them, then they will not make themselves so known to you at this time.
There are many reasons why a human who works with alien life is not permitted to be aware of it, and most of those reasons have to do with the impact it would have on his normal daily life and relationships, his profession, and his own understanding and acceptance.
It is SO invasively disruptive to normal life to be aware of alien contact, that if it's not necessary for the human to know, he is spared from the burden of it. In fact, what is worse is that alien contact goes along most productively without the human knowing about it at all, but often, as soon as he becomes aware of it, he then believes the propaganda, overreacts and refuses to continue.
As for the alien people you say you saw: many visiting races happen to fit the popular, common description of "The Grays", so you need to ask them who they are. There is no "Nordic" alien race, but one race that visits Earth is actually human- has the same DNA we do and looks very much like us, but does not have blond hair or blue eyes, and is much further evolved and advanced than we are. Two of the 218 races that visit Earth who work close together and are introduced together, are one that fairly fits the description of "The Grays" and the alien race of humans.
There used to be two separate races who humans call "The Grays", and they look almost exactly alike, and were both conducting their own respective hybrid programs here. The hybrid programs have been ended by the organization of visiting races, and one of The Grays races is no longer allowed to visit Earth. The hybrid people look half human, and a person on Earth could mistake them too for the fictional "Nordics", either by hearing a description or if he were to witness them himself.
