Question
Is there any way for a civilian to contact or communicate with an alien, if there is what is it or how is it done?
I greatly appreciate it.
Hi, Roman. Thank you for your question.
For a human to have personal contact with a being of an alien race, he must be related by spirit to that being first, and then he may also have contact with other alien beings of other races. The alien people are not allowed to make personal contact with humans who are not related to them by spirit.
In the future, when our world allies with our neighboring group of worlds, more humans who are unrelated will have the opportunity to work directly with the alien people. Right now that would produce, and is considered, interference with our race, advantage taking of our unknowing, and detrimental to our natural process of evolution.
However, please be aware that most humans, upon their discovery that they have alien contact, assume initially that it just suddenly happened randomly. It is only with communication and further education by alien life that the human learns through a progressive process, how and why contact happens between worlds. When the human instead decides to get his education about alien life from other humans, he is mislead in all the common ways you hear about everywhere.
