Question QUESTION: hi earth sister
i had physical alien contact sometime ago for about two years. i guess it's still happening spiritually because the other day i could remember bits of a dream that i had with the being i used to talk in the past. from the dream i can remember that i was learning how to guide a quite small space craft using just my mind-would not touch any panel or buttons-also we talked about getting ready for long trip and he gave me a white material to keep with me for the day of the trip(it sounded that were going on mission-but i have no idea what kinda mission it would be).apparently the white material he gave me was something vital for our survival but i don't know if it was to be eaten or used as combustive or something.
i actually have quite a few question. it's just that i have just realized that i'm late to go somewhere so i'll be back tomorrow with the questions.

QUESTION: hi again
as i said before i had a few phisical contacts with alien life but at that time many things was not so clear to me, i got to understand lot of things after going through your answers.i mean i felt as everything i read here about alien life would not a be a surprise or new but a confirmation of what i already felt inside me about the subject.
but there's one thing that still makes feel a bit ignorant and it's not about alien life itself,it's actually about us human-by saying that i didn't mean that i'm an alien life expert on anything i just find easier to get the alien subject than the human one-anyway i still didn't get to understand most of the natural things-spiritual stuff-that happens here at earth.
for instance i know that we human got serious mental problems but it's hard for me to believe that all the suffering at earth is caused by our mental disorder only and can't stop thinking that there is some kinda evil/negative/malevolent forces behind all this pushing us to commit so many crimes against ourselves.is it really silly to think like that?
i had to ask this question because i got really intrigued the other day when i read what you've answered to someone who asked about paralysis. i din't agree with everything the person-called "B" i guess-has said about the subject.but i have to confess that every single time that i found myself paralysed in the middle of the night i also felt that the being/presence-which i never got to see it neither-was not benevolent at all.it was actually one of the worst feeling that i ever felt in my entire life and wish not to ever feel that again.
hope that i haven't bothered you with my question. i'm just trying to understand better how things works this world so i can find myself and try to be more productive/useful. and i understand that you can only offer what you know and understand based strictly on your own experiences and teachings with the organization of visiting races and other kinds of beings. so i thought that i'd better ask someone that would be sincere.

I don't think or believe or say that all of the suffering here is caused by mental disorders. All of the suffering is caused by many different things, all human, and a great deal of the suffering we endure is already preventable.
It certainly is extremely silly to think as if some mysterious evil/negative/malevolent force is behind everything you do not understand. But it's only normal and natural for you to think like that. A lot of people do, even some very wise, intelligent people.
When you keep on reading a lot of untrue beliefs, you start to believe them too.
