ANSWER: What my alien contacts have told me is that 40 to 42 percent of the Earth's population is related in some way to alien life. But that the related humans are not evenly disbursed.
I suspect that the related humans, who the alien races hope to work with, are mainly in the developed countries. That is my guess because that is where the work between our worlds is most important right now.

*****First, you can feel a presence of life force, and you feel it within your mind, which you feel within your body, with senses other than the five common ones. Then, if you have and do study the sensations, you learn each one's uniqueness and can recognize the person or being by his unique sensation. Also, at times, you can feel a physical sensation as well, such as tingling somewhere upon your skin in a spot where you come into contact with the person or being. You may also feel other kinds of affects of physical sensations, which may be slight or prominent, and may include neurological ones. Every single being of any kind has a life force which is spirit itself, and the alien people are just more beings you may feel if you have personal contact with any. As each person has a unique sensation, do does each "kind" of being; spirits of people who have died, alive people, angels, animals, and "alien" (to you) beings race to race including people with all alien beings.

*****There is one God, creator of all life. Life is spirit. There is no devil. We humans on Earth are the only known race, in all of the known universes to hold these concepts of a devil or demons or a hell.
