Question hi nancy. thank you very much for your previous wise answers. i have another one. you say all races of alien people are just as physical as we are but on your website you say that Zar is made out of light. You also say that Bja was a physical being and now is a being of light through a change natural to all the beings of his race. If a being is made out of light it will never die because it doesn't have a body, is that correct? I've always thought that you can be a being of light only on the spiritual world, not on the physical reality. Could you please expand on that?

Light is another physical, solid substance. Things can consist of it and be made out of it. The term "matter" helps explain the physical substances that are not light.
Most light races were created as light from their beginning. Bja's race is rare in that the people are born physical matter like us (but we do not have words to exactly describe this difference) and then during life they change into light. This change is gradually building and is visibly noticeable, and then it reaches a point of change into light. Even as light, these beings are still also of physical matter including water.
Light beings such as of Zar's race are from homes that are stars. Bja's race is from a planet, not a star. Every race's bodies are literally made out of the elements of their own home worlds. Every world is unique, star to star and planet to planet.
I would say that you are correct in that the soul itself is pure light itself- but that does not exactly include the spirits in the spirit world. Spirits of people alive or deceased consist of more than pure soul only. We all have (are) a pure soul first and foremost.
Souls never die. Bodies die no matter what substances they consist of. Spirit bodies accumulate all along the way and reflect the journey of the soul.
This is my simple understanding from personal experience and concepts beyond my simple ability to comprehend or explain.
