Question Hello,
I am 16 years old and ever since I was little, I had an interested in Aliens and Telepathy, and lately Past Lives.
Do the visitors come to humans in different ways, for example you and your husband saw white flashes, if they were to visit, would they do it in a different manner?
If I voice a thought with enough power (Or thought put into it) would the visitors hear it? Do other beings listen too?
Do the visitors sense both good and bad intentions through communication with people, and do they know who to communicate with through a such process of selection?
If not, how do they choose who to talk to?

These are very good questions that tell me a lot about you, all of which I like.

******All the alien people can use many different technologies and natural abilities to cause something for us to see to get our attention. When we are just first being introduced to the aliens we are uninformed, misinformed, confused, afraid, defensive, or worse. The way things happen- the things they need to use or do to contact us, can be very scary to us, as can the way the alien people look to us. The nature of the things they cause us to see first helps us to recognize their intelligence, capabilities and intentions beforehand, or at least to wonder about and open up to its source, before we have to suddenly face them. It helps get us ready mentally and emotionally for contact, and gives us a chance to show our refusal or acceptance. It's to give us a hint that they are around and shows a courtesy, instead of just jumping out at us suddenly.
Once we know them and are comfortable with them, different races or different beings may use a specific effect, kind of like a signature gesture, to let us know that it's them either on their way or already present. They would use something that suited us or reminded us of them each time, or they might show us something different each time so we can learn to recognize them in many ways.
Often now, they just show up for Jack and me because we have come to expect them at any time. We sense them on their way or feel them arrive and don't need any kind of visual to recognize them. It's only while first meeting any of the aliens, and then first meeting more individual alien beings that we may benefit from visual effects, and after that it's more of a courtesy.
Other kinds of beings, anybody by spirit- and we are all spirit- may also use visual effects to get you ready for physical contact with them. Any being may use other effects too. You may hear a certain thing in your mind, or have a certain picture stuck in your mind, or feel a certain sensation on your body, or other things.

******Once you focus your mind to anybody- any being or kind of being- it's a megaphone, so don't yell through it. Just be clear and direct. Speak gently inside of your mind at the same level of volume that is comfortable to you. The way it works mind to mind, or spirit to spirit, is sort of like prayer. You can talk with anybody you like anywhere by telepathy- but when you pray, only direct yourself to God.
Yes, any other alien beings can hear it too if they are focused on you, or if you catch their attention in proximity while you are practicing, depending on how you send it out there. You also have personal spirit guides and angels who are always focused on you and can always hear everything you think. Other humans around you or close to your heart might pick up on your telepathy too.

******The alien visitors easily sense what's in our minds for good and bad intentions toward them when trying to approach us. We are open books to them, though they don't judge us by human reaction to them out of fear or defense. They aren't looking to reward "good" people with contact, and they are not trying to approach everybody- just the people within their jurisdiction, only those who are willing and capable.
It is through past lives that an alien experiencer is related by spirit to an alien race. Only humans who are related to them by spirit have the opportunity for personal contact with their own related race. Either the experiencer himself was in life on another world in another race before and is directly related, or he has inherited the relationship through his ancestors on Earth who were. Those who are directly related are considered teachers and may have advanced, progressive contact.
Once we accept contact we may also meet other members of other races. Among all the humans who are related to another race, the aliens work with those who are most willing and capable of handling some level of contact, to whatever level that may be. Most humans who have contact do not progress because of the difficulties it causes to ordinary life.
When the alien races impart some information or teaching to a human, what the human does with it has a great deal to do with whether he is imparted with any more. Once a human starts to get lost with it, his contact cannot progress very well, especially on a physical level. This is no shame to us. Alien contact is very difficult to integrate into normal daily routine, and has great influence on every aspect of our life, usually in the negative sense. Alien experiencers don't fit in with other humans anymore. Their own families may treat them badly or be embarrassed by them. Their co-workers talk behind their backs. They get fired from their jobs. Their kids get picked on at school. Or, the alien experiencer doesn't tell anybody and has to deal with it all alone- or he reads all the horror stories available about it and thinks that must be what's happening to him too.
You either have alien contact, or you don't. If you have it, you were born with it and will always have the opportunity to work with the alien races. "Many" humans have contact, but few accepted it at all, and few progress at all. Most have one or a few experiences and then they stop out of necessity, at least on a physical level. By spirit, their contact may still be great and still progress through life-- they just don't want to know about it or participate on this level.
If you have contact, and want to be aware of it physically, there are a few things you can do that will help.
Keep a detailed journal record of every alien encounter and spiritual experience, including through dreams. Preserve integrity by capturing details and order immediately upon memory or awareness of events.
Always be as honest and accurate as you can be in your writings and when sharing things with anybody else.
Choose wisely who to share information with in order to protect your determination and attitude from those who will treat you badly.
Find those close to you who you can trust to support you.
Stay away from the standard bandwagon alien abduction support groups and don't absorb popular opinion books, movies or web sites. Don't follow anybody. Think only for yourself and learn only from your own experiences. You can either learn truly for yourself from your own alien contacts, or learn all the things everybody else thinks and claims about the aliens from everybody else.
Take your time, relax, take things as they come. You have your whole life to live. One alien experience is one spiritual experience, but we all live an entire spiritual existence parallel to our physical one, and "have encounters" with all of the beings in our entire circle of family and friends all of the time.
Stay close to God in a natural way. Because just like if you wanted to be an athlete on a sports team, and exercise, practice and taking good care of your body will get you there, your focus on God will help you be at one between body and spirit, at peace with yourself, and increase awareness and understanding of all your spiritual activities.
