My lifelong personal contact with alien life is physical and spiritual, educational and progressive. The main representatives of the most highly intelligent, advanced and evolved races that visit Earth are my closest contacts, my teachers, and my lives long friends and colleagues.
These fine beings are those in charge of the organization of all of Earth's visiting races. My role with them is part of the multi world effort to unite our world with our local group of worlds. It is my position and intention to share my knowledge in order to help other humans learn about universal life and the nature of contact between us all.
My lifelong spiritual experiences include spirits of the departed, spirit guides and angels who work together with humanity and our galactic neighbors for the same objectives to ensure the survival of our human race.
I can answer questions specifically about the 218 alien races that are visiting Earth, their organization here, their common technologies of travel and concealment, their natural abilities, why they come here and what their intentions are for the human race. For other humans who have contact, I help facilitate communication and understanding so that they may become more productive in their own roles if they so choose. I can also answer questions about why there is so much confusion on Earth about these subjects and expose the disinformation that rules the human UFO field.

Question
Hello again Earth Sister,
As from the previous question I asked, and you answered, governments tend to use scare tactics to keep humans as seperated from aliens and the truth (I will conclude that myself when the time comes).
I have heard much about these "Reptillian-Saurian" aliens that are bent on taking over the world (As comical as it sounds) from many websites and people. The most disturbing thing that I read was a hidden mountain base codenamed "Dulce". I do not need to mention what I read about the happenings inside there, but my question is:
Does such a place exist? (Or Did it?)
Also you said that aliens used to practice abductions on humans, were they tied in with the U.S Government?
Now as for telepathy, I have practiced meditation and lucid dreaming, so far the results I have gotten are quite surprising and I will further the practice. My question on telepathy is:
Am I able to communicate with you?

******Dulce is built by human military above the one underground facility that belongs to the alien races. All the stories you hear about it are grossly exaggerated, spun around, or completely fabricated by government for the benefit of your confusion.
Also you said that aliens used to practice abductions on humans, were they tied in with the U.S Government?
******Yes, in some ways. A few particular races were abducting particular humans, and the US Government tracked these races through the humans who let it be known they were being abducted. Alien abduction support groups were organized and run by government in order to find and spy on the abductees. The government held many key abductees hostage in order to try to blackmailed these alien races into trade agreements- human abductions for advanced technologies. The organization of visiting races stopped both the abductions and the government blackmail. There is a lot more to this that I am not allowed to know about.
Now as for telepathy, I have practiced meditation and lucid dreaming, so far the results I have gotten are quite surprising and I will further the practice. My question on telepathy is:

******No, not that I know of. At the times when my telepathic contact includes other humans, it is always with people close to me among my family and friends, lost spirits of people who have died who seek my assistance via my own spirit guides or theirs, and other humans who are included in my own alien experiences.
