AboutEarth Sister Expertise My lifelong personal contact with alien life is physical and spiritual, educational and progressive. The main representatives of the most highly intelligent, advanced and evolved races that visit Earth are my closest contacts, my teachers, and my lives long friends and colleagues.

Question Hi EarthSister, I believe I emailed you about this before:
I have had an experience while lying in bed where I was paralyzed and could not move. As I began to think and pray my way out of this experience, something happened to me. I began to feel as though... My brain, thoughts, essence was being jarred and pulled out of my head. That is the only way I know how to describe it...
It was so terrifying. But it wasn't over..
I was laying in my bed which is located near my window while this was happening. I began to hear the strangest sound I ever heard in my life coming from outside my window. It was a high-pitch myriad of noises seemingly coming closer with every second.
I could see a brilliant light coming closer and closer as if something was hovering towards my window from the air. By this time, I felt like i was losing myself to this. I started to cry. Praying and crying was all i could do.
But my prayer was answered. It stopped. I shot straight out of bed in cold sweat and panick. tears strolling down my face.
EarthSister, I was very much awake. And the feeling, the sound and the light was VERY MUCH real. I think I was being contacted or in the process of being
contacted by another being(s) alien in nature.
I felt like I understood that my 'mental capacity' was being pulled towards the incoming light.
Have you ever heard of this happening before? I feel like I should have let it take me so I could finally experience other life forms so close to our every day lives.

What you describe sounds to me like a typical beginning of an alien experience, but it can happen in many, many ways. It also sounds like it may not have been "alien" at all, but affects of your own out of body experience. I would have to hear more of other similar events to have a better guess.
When we are terrified during alien encounters and want them to stop, they do, whether we are praying or not. Imagine if you acted like that in a dentist chair. Of course the dentist would let you go, but maybe not until after trying to help you calm down and rationalize first. If you started praying, that would be the end of his attempts to finish the job.
Alien experiences are scary, there's no doubt about that. I prefer them to the dentist though.
It's very difficult for the aliens to find humans they can work with on a physical level. Next time, try maybe breathing deeply to stay calm and asking the alien people what you want to know. You can offer suggestions to them to help you stay calm too.
