I wanted to ask you if you know anymore on this and I'm really eager to learn more on this subject.
Also I wanted to ask can you educate me more on aliens the subject always fascinate me and I wanted to ask how can you tell if one has been in contact, how can you respond back, and how can you tell if your capable I'm mean, IF I was been contact I will be willing to know more but I dunno if I was capable to go deeper.

If and when the alien people want their human contact to know about them, the alien people make themselves perfectly clear to their human contact.
There are some ways to make an assesment on whether a person has alien contact, but the best way to find out is by asking the aliens!

QUESTION: I see thanks, but what have me stump is. How do you ask them? I also wanted to ask are all of the advance races mainly mentally/spirtually strong or are their some that are physcially strong as/stronger then humans or are there some both with physical and spirtual strenght. Something I wonder out of curiosity.

When you find yourself in an encounter, or when you suddenly recall one from a recent time that you'd been unaware of in the moment, that is best time to ask the beings who they are. To ask them, just think to them. Speak inside of your mind and listen inside of your mind.
Not all people have experiences with alien life, but all people have spiritual experiences whether they are aware of them on a physical level or not. We are all spirit, and spiritual experiences happen spirit to spirit. The alien people are just more people like we are, but there are other kinds of beings that all people may encounter.
Most races that visit Earth are physically frail compared to us and smaller in stature. Some are very strong physically regardless of size, and some are tall or large and still frail. All of them are much further developed and evolved than we are, and this includes their natural abilities of spirit too. All of them are mentally much stronger than we are.
Every race has some same abilities and some unique ones, and specialities and strengths they are known for. The advanced races share their gifts with others in their groups of worlds and one day soon we humans will take our own place among them. These things I know from those I have met myself and what they have told me generally about the rest.
