I have just bought a Toyota RAV4 5 doors, diesel engine (2 liters, common rail...), and I wonder about the possibility of feeding it with sunflower or rape seed oil.
Could you please send me your opinion on this subject? any links, other information available, etc

Thanks for your question. Congratulations on your purchase of a very modern diesel engine. I must emphasise the word " diesel" because that is all you should "feed" your Rav4. I don't know how the warranty system works with toyota in your part of the world but in GB you would be seriously invalidating the manufacturers warranty.
I have seen first hand the eventual damage done by diesel alternatives and believe me it's expensive. So my one and only opinion is do not consider any alternatives at any cost!
