Question hi tony i hope you can help me, i have a volvo v70 1998est tdi and when i pull away or put my foot down there is alot of grey/black smoke out of my exhaust and just lately it is hard to start from cold, have u got any advise for what the problem might be many thanks george. aslo it has got full service history and it has done about 155000 miles thanks agen,
Answer sorry my friend did not work on these systems as we were not bosch agents and had no access to diagnostics for this system, although i know that crankshaft sensors played a major part in most malfunctions on the vw cars, sorry cannot be of more help.
