Question
QUESTION: Im in the USA  the car is not getting gas  the cold start injector is not working  is it the injector or is it an electrical problem ?

ANSWER: If it isn't getting fuel you have to determine if the fuel pump is working. First, check all of the fuses, particulrly No B3 in the left side fuse section. This can be done by listening for the pump motor operating for a few seconds when the key is turned on. Or, you can loosen the inlet fitting at the fuel distributor and see if there is pressure. If not the fuel pump is likely faulty or disconnected. This is quite a complicated system which is difficult to trouble shoot in any depth without a manual or, a good knowledge of the system!  Let me know if the pump works.

QUESTION: The pump is working and there is gas up to the cold start injector but nothing coming out of the injector. I checked the fuse and it was good but to be sure I changed it still nothing Im at a inpass can you help?

Answer
The cold start injector is electrically operated, being triggered by a switch on the thermostat housing, this in turn is fed from the cold start relay. But depending on the temperature in your area the injector may never need to operate, there being sufficient fuel from the regular injectors to run the engine in normal warm conditions.  The engine supply system, via the pressure injectors is sufficient to start the car, even in cold conditions! The fuel distributor is pressure operated providing it has sufficient primary pressure from the main pump.  You now need to run pressure tests to see why you have no pressure to the injectors. The most likely problem is a faulty "adjustable" pressure valve fitted to the left side of the distributor.  THIS IS THE KIND OF WORK THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE BY SOMEONE WHO HAS THE TEST KIT TO CHECK THE THREE PRESSURES.
