Question
Im in the USA  the car is not getting gas  the cold start injector is not working  is it the injector or is it an electrical problem ?

Answer
If it isn't getting fuel you have to determine if the fuel pump is working. First, check all of the fuses, particulrly No B3 in the left side fuse section. This can be done by listening for the pump motor operating for a few seconds when the key is turned on. Or, you can loosen the inlet fitting at the fuel distributor and see if there is pressure. If not the fuel pump is likely faulty or disconnected. This is quite a complicated system which is difficult to trouble shoot in any depth without a manual or, a good knowledge of the system!  Let me know if the pump works.
