UK Car Repair - Fiat Punto engine doesnt start when its warm
Expert: Paul - 7/24/2008
Question HI.I would like to know why my Fiat Punto 1,2 16V 1997 do not start when its warm. When the engine is cold it starts immediately.

This is to tell the engine controller whether the engine is hot or cold and adjust the mixture accordingly. I would replace this as there are very few causes other than this of temperature dependent behaviour - Paul
