Subject: vectra right flasher stays on

Question
hi i need help my right flasher stays on even when engine is turned off

Answer
Hi Daryl, does the flasher go off after a while and then start again? Does the car have an alarm ? it is possible that the alarm has been bypassed and is activating the flasher (this would usually be both sides unless somebody had had a good mess with it) or it could be a short in the hazard switch. get a hazard light switch assy from a scrap yard and replace it, if it goes off , problem solved. If it does not stop then you will need an autoelectrician to check it out for you. _ Paul
