UK Computing/Browser history

Question
Hello again Andrew. I have a question about viewing IE9 history. When I bring up for example, today's history, so that I can find something again after I accidentally closed the browser (!), when I click on an entry, the history window closes, so that I have to access history again to scan other entries. Is there a way to keep a history window open when I click on an entry?

Answer
Hello again Norman

I have IE10 on my PC but I am sure IE9 works in the same way.

Open Internet Explorer
Click on Star (favourites in top right corner)
A context box should open up and you will see the normal History
Click on the green arrow that is opposite the "Add to Favourites" button which says "Pin the Favourites Center"

You should now be able to click on various links without the favourites bar closing.

Kind regards
Andrew
