Question Stacey,
This is going to be a tough question...
There is a top40 song, that I heard, the artist started in the UK. It then played in the USA. I am seeking the name and artist...it goes something like..."I can't take it, I cant take it, if I wasn't made for you then why does my heart tell me that I am..." it sounds like a young kid. Slow, love song, real pretty. If it rings a bell to you, I would appreciate if you had a name, if not it's ok I dont have much info on it.
part 2... what does the "main stream" pop music sound like in the UK? The categories I saw seemed "garage type", wierd names. Except I recognized U2.
Any info would be welcomed.
Thanks!!!
Answer Hi, actually its an easy one - the song is called "If You're Not The One" by Daniel Bedingfield. It *may* be on his first album but don't quote me on that but that's definately the song - and its stuck in my head now!
Pt2: Main stream...have you heard of Girls Aloud/Westlife/Take That? Those sorts of things are mainstream.
