Yes I think its a good idea but I am not sure how you would go about it. Where are you based in Kampala? Maybe the university for students and researchers. For young travellers and back packers contact the guide books and see how you could advertise.
YOu could also contact some of the safari companies in Uganda and ask them if they would be interested.
