I'm a British girl with a Ukrainian boyfriend I'm now 35 and he's 32 and I tell you he's the best bloke in the world. We've been together for 8 years now and we get married soon. He so wanted to get me from the first day we met but was shy and despite his best shy efforts, he kept backing off so one day I grabbed him and said, "Meet me here (restaurant) tonight at 8:00pm and we go from there". He turned up half an hour early and waited for me in the rain and cold. I still think aaahhhhhh!
Should you get your chosen Ukrainian that far, remember he's Slavic and it's a huge dent in his ego if you even go halfs for dinner but you can still offer to if you want.
