Right from the age of 15, I'm masturbating once in 2 or 3 days, now I'm 31, start to feel very weak, my eye strain, my upper back ache, if i masturbate in morning shower, i feel no energy all day long.

ANSWER: Hello Mr pasha,
According to unani concepts ejaculating frequently just for temporary pleasure will lead to generalised weakness.Prolong habit might even lead to permanant sexual problems.
Some of the Unani text suggest that each drop of sperm ejaculated will reduced the energy of the body equivalent to 3-4 drops of blood removed from the body.Hence the more you ejaculate the more loss in energy.Occassional masturabation is permissable as it is the sign of active sexual organs ( 2-3 times/month max).
You really need treatment as already you have lost control over ejaculation as the viscocity of semen might have got reduced due to excessive masturbation and also there might be increase in the heat of your body due to imbalance in Blood Humour.

Answer Hello Mr Pasha,
Semen Analysis is a test with which we will come to know how much internal problem you have developed. The test could have been exempted if i was able to examine you personally. But since i am treating you from a distance i will have to rely on your symptoms and lab investigations.
In my personal opinion it is better to get the test done and send me the report as i believe in EVIDENCE BASED TREATMENT.
