Question as salaam u alaikum. Dr Ahmed, my name is zain, im 17 years old and i am married to my wife who is 18 years old. She has a very big problem that comes with two parts. The first part is the hair. She has hair thinning problem and her hair is very thin, and also we have noticed patches in her head where there are no roots visible. We have used kalonji oil (black onion seed) but it has not really helped that much.
The second part of the problem is regarding her skin, she has patches and has lost total hair from her body except her face, this occured once when she was 12, but its returning. Her body has various patches on her body, very small, the size of about 5-10 apple seeds put together. It looks like rash, but the doctors in London have tried giving her everything but nothing has worked. The patches appear to have creases in them, and are slightly flaky, can you please enlighten us and tell us what to do, we are in a very stressfull state. Please get back to me. i urgently need you to get back to me doctor.

I want to know what the dermatologist diagnose it as Alopecia? Psoriosis? or any hormonal problem. Based on your history i am feeling she has psoriosis but once get her hormones also checked.Accordingly i can suggest you unani treatment.
