Question
Dear Doctor,
I am suffering from BPP Vertigo for the last six months. The symptons are head spinning inside, unsteadiness while standing, whirling movement in head especially when working on the computer.
Is there a cure for this problem in Unani.

Hello Maneka,
Unani has excellent medicines for vertigo. apart from medicines there are some life style changes to be made based onthe cause.Hence i would require some investigation reports before suggesting treatment like
x-ray cervical spine,
ENT examination report,
