Answer To reinstall them you should need a boot disk...not just the Win 98 cd. A boot disk is a floppy disk Which should be the A drive A: FORMAT C would format the hard drive which would leave it clear for a reinstall of Win 98. If there are no important files on the PC I would recommend this.
