Question
Q-1

Everytime windows vista starts the internet explorer, the task bar (I think it's called the taks bar) has some applications at the bottom right of the screen which automatically loads everytime I start windows. Is there any way to remove particular application from the task bar without deleting the application? I would rather start the application manually. The application themselves don't seem to have the option to turn off automatically so it must be done somewhere in the windows "startup"

Q-2

I know that windows vista has a menu toggle where I can set
what percentage of CPU power is used, but I forgot how to get to that menu/window, can you please remind me?

Thanks for your help

Answer
sorry for the late response......go to start then in the search type system configuration and go to the startup tab....from there just uncheck what u dont wish to run........the cpu is probably taskmanager just hit ctl alt del and it will show u an option to run it .
