Question
what kind of celebrations do Emiratis have and do they have christmas?

Answer
Well, since UAE is a Muslim country, all muslims celebrate 2 Eid Celebrations every year.  The First one, we fast the entire month which is called Ramadan, and this is followed by a huge feast and celebration which is called Eid.  The other, Eid Al Adha is just one day of celebration.  Both are religious holidays.  Since it is a muslim country, Christmas isn't officially celebrated by the Emeratie people, but this isn't a general rule.  The Emirates Decorates the malls and some shops and streets with xmas decorations, as well as Santa does visit the malls.  We also have UAE National Day which is celebrated on Dec 2nd.  This is like, Independence Day, or 4th of july in the states.  I hope that this helps!
