Expertise
I`m nineteen years old and I`m an expert in the United Arab Emirates culture. I`m one of country`s locals so I`m able to answer any question about the culture of United Arab Emirates, and the culture of the Arabian Gulf countries in general. You can ask me anything about the culture or the traditions of the United Arab Emirates. I don`t have enough information about the history of the traditions or the name of the tools that were used in the past. I`m also able to answer your questions about the United Arab Emirates youth and what they are interested in nowadays. I won`t be a much of a help in the matters of business. I can only help you with the culture & the people of UAE.

Experience
I'm living my life according to the cultural and the traditions of the UAE so it will not be that hard on me to answer your questions.

Question
Hello,

I'm not sure if you get asked this question often, however many times when the UAE are portrayed in the United States it is shown as a very rich country.  In the past two weeks I've seen several travel and fine living specials detailing the rich in your country.  Honestly, is the UAE the wealthiest Arab country?  Do you have a middle class? Is there a low percentage of poverty?

Answer
Hello there,

This question is random because people are wondering if we are swimming in dollars everyday :).

There is the lower class , middle class and the high class in the UAE. The problem is that the media only shines on the high class since that they are the ones controlling the wealth and the big projects in dubai. the proverty rate actually is on the rise in the country because the prices of the basic essentials like food and oil has rised twice in a matter of couple of months with the salaries being the same. Anyway life in the UAE is luxiurious but not in a sense of a fairy tale .. some are poor some are rich.

Hope the answer was satisfactory to you.

Regards

Hope
