Question My entire U.S. Naval Academy application was received by the USNA admissions office around the middle of September. I have heard from DoDmerb that I am medically qualified and I performed highly on the CFA. Regardless of how the admissions board reviews my file, whether favorably or not, will I be notified that my material went to review?
Also, I understand that the Review Board convenes every Thursday. Once the admissions board comes to an admissions decision for a candidate, how soon is he/she notified?
Answer Christopher,
Congratulations on your application. It sounds like you are doing everything that you need to do and are on your way.
As for your questions, I do know that you will be notified ultimately about your application. I don't know when though. There is not hard set rule about when notifications will be made. I can assure you that you will be notified though.
I am sorry that I don't have more information on timelines.
Best of luck.
Eric
