About Robyn Expertise I entered UCLA as a music major and graduated with a B.A. in English in 1994. I was an orientation counselor for two summers, counseling firstyear and transfer students about transition to college life and academics. I`m very familiar with how to find roommates, the financial aid process, parking at UCLA and other administrative necessities, where to go for fun, etc.
Experience I lived both on and off-campus. I'm very familiar with Westwood and lived in other parts of Los Angeles for a total of 12 years.
Education/Credentials B.A., English, University of California, Los Angeles

Question "How do you feel about the undergraduate Economics major at UCLA, or even the Business Economics major for that matter? Do you know anything about it? Are you familiar with it, and if so, can you give me some insight into their program, and why or why not it is a good/great program? Also, how does it compare with UC Berkeley's undergraduate Business or Economics major?"
Answer UCLA has an excellent business and economics program. I believe UC Berkeley may be slightly higher in the rankings, but I'm not sure; both are excellent and reputable programs. UCLA has the Anderson School of Business and one of the most reputable MBA programs in the country. There are a lot of internship and networking opportunities in the school and city. Being a UCLA student or graduate will definitely get your foot in the door in any field that interests you. They have some specialties in entertainment business and latin american studies - if these are your fields of interest you may prefer UCLA to UC Berkeley. Good luck.
