Question
Greetings,

I am going back to school to get my degree at an accelerated school. It seems the best option for me is to go to UoP. The only questions I have are how respected the Bachelors Degree's are. Are they looked at on the same level or close as regular state schools? I plan on getting an BoS in Info Tech, Basically I just want to make sure I will be qualified to get a job upon graduation in the field.

Any help or advice you could give would be helpful

Answer
Scott: My BS in Business Administration is looked at equally where I work, and several of our senior managers have obtained their Bachelor's AND Masters from UoP. I can't speak for all employers, but where I'm at, it's all the real deal. I know that I worked hard for my degree, so I feel that it is a valuable degree for me.

Everyone has to make up their own mind about the program they are looking at to determine if it works for them. I don't think that a degree only from ANY school guarantees a job...experience counts as well...real life, internships, etc.

Good luck!
