Subject: Dull ache in right testicals

Question
Hi

Sir, I am 28 year old male.I have very dull(Very very dull) ache in my right testes.
Its already been a week since it has started. I did self examination I cant exactly pin point from where the ache emerges and in general I feel that the right testical has a very dull ache.
While I touch the both the testicals I don’t feel any pain, neither there is any lump, inflammation, and looks normal in shape and size.
On the second day of the ache, ache got transferred to the left testical(No pain in right) and after that there is only ache in right testical. Even though it’s a very dull ache I feel a lot of discomfort.
At night I don’t feel any ache and feel totally normal, ache will start after I start my daily activities especially while setting.
Now after a week ie at 8 th day the pain has come down a little bit.

Awaiting for your response.
Thank you,

Deepak:

Technically, you didn't ask a question so I presume you want some advice.  That's easy.  Consult a physician.

It's often difficult to pinpoint the exact cause of a testicular pain.  Some possibilities include injury or trauma, torsion, hernia, infection, prostatitis and rarely tumor.  In some cases, no specific cause can be found.  That's why you need see a physician about this.
