ANSWER: Waleed:
Most likely, you don't have a urine infection. This is just some prostatic secretions which have been forced into the urethra by the pressure from the bowel movement which puts pressure on the prostate and presses the fluid out. You may very well have an ear infection or some other problem with the inner ear, but it doesn't sound like a urine infection from your description. Of course, see a physician to be sure.

QUESTION: Thank you very much for your answer. I want to further as that is it normal? or somthing serious? can it lead to prostate cancer later? What the remedy/cure according to yr expertise? I want to give you my history details as well that 2 years back I had problem with passing urine. At that time it takes me long time in bathroom passing urine because urine came in drops not in full pressure. My Urologist asked me to do some X-ray called Descending somthing I dont remember now, they pass some liquid in my penis to take Xray. The X ray showed a little narrowing near base of penis. My doctor asked me to take some medicine called 'Xtral' for one month. in 10 days my urine was in flow i didnt take it for whole month though but now i m again feeling the same problem whenever i drink water after 10 mins i hav to pass urine it starts with good pressure but ends in my pushing it to make sure my bladder is empty.
Thanks in advance
Answer Waleed:
Please try to remember that the purpose of this forum is to answer general questions, not to try and diagnose or treat any particular problem and certainly not to take the place of a physician's consultation.
Passage of prostatic fluid with a bowel movement is not considered abnormal or serious and will not lead to prostate cancer later. You have the same risk of prostate cancer as every other male of your age group.
Your new symptoms of a weak stream with a possible stricture or narrowing is another issue that will need to be further evaluated. The Xtral is one treatment for such a problem. You also now are complaining of some urgency. Again, this is a new problem not reported on your earlier posting. Together, these two symptoms suggest prostatitis. A cystoscopy (look into the bladder with a telescope) might be reasonable given your symptoms. Ask your urologist about this.
I honestly have no idea what x-ray study your urologist suggested, but I advise you to follow through with it. If you think you're not getting good advice, you can always get another opinion.
