My gp think this is not prostatitis although i faced same problem six month ago but no rbc was found in ma urine and KUB ULTRASOUND RESULT was negative

Answer
Imram:

Cranberry juice is not much help for prostatitis.  "Hard" semen is not considered a causative agent.  Cipro is reasonable as well as hot sitz baths and caffeine avoidance. You may also be sensitive to hot, spicy food.  I can't help you with your anxiety or panic attacks but  can say that you should consult a urology specialist for a better diagnosis.  I suspect he will find prostatitis.
