Question Approximately a year ago, i did stretching exercises on my penis when it was flacid, for 4 consective days. On the 5th day i tried to masturbate and could not get an erection, and i had a strange tingling feeling in my penis. I ejaculated without getting an erection. This continued for a few days.
After this i dont really get morning erections anymore, the strength of my erection is generally reduced, i struggle to maintain an erection. I do have a firm penis when i ejaculate but it is not a powerful erection.
I have also noticed there is a slight throbbing sensation in both sides of my penis, which is stronger on the left side. Also i have a swollen vein on the left side.
Could you please advise
Answer Gee:
It sounds like you might have done some damage to the erection mechanism. This forum is full of questions like yours from men who used various exercises or devices and ended up with some damage. There is very little we can do to help a damaged penis heal, but there is some evidence that Viagra or similar meds might be able to help by increasing blood flow. Consult a urologist to see if this will help you.
