Question i can see some blood capilary at the surface of my penis and some veins too so is that normal, moreover when my penis is erect it stands in a 30 degree angel from my stomach so is that ok or does it has to be at a 90 degree angel,
Thanks for your time
Answer Amt:
Superficial blood vessels on the skin of the penis may or may not be an issue. Without seeing them myself, I really can't tell what the underlying problem might be. However, it would be uncommon for it to be anything serious. Varicose veins are the most common cause. Talk to your physician and have it checked just to be sure.
The ereciton angle you describe is within the normal variation. There is no particular need for the penis to be at 90 degrees.
