Question Hi!
Since puberty I sometimes during exorcise, work or in kold weather get a sudden pain in the left testicle. sometimes so much that I have to stop. It kan last the rest of the day and be felt a little several days after.
On the top of the testicle I can feel a little firm painful extrusion. It is les firm when not having any pain. It is always a little painful to touch, though. More than that on the other testicle.
I am quite tired of this. What can be wrong and what can be done?
Answer Jes:
I can't be sure what is wrong, but there are a few possibilities. It could be a spermatocele or epididymal cyst. Testicular torsion is another possibility but less likely. Another possible problem woudl be a hernia. You'll need to check with your physician to sort out which one of these or possibly what other problem may be going on.
