Question my penis is bent and i cant have intercourse, the shaft stays hard, but the head never does. any suggestions would be helpful.
Answer Tom:
The most common cause of this problem is Peyronie's disease. If the curvature is so severe you can't have intercourse, it sounds like a more advanced case.
Various remedies have been tried and some of the most promising include carnitine, arginine, trental, penile traction, verapamil injections into the scar tissue of the curvature and daily Viagra or Cialis. While some of these may be worth a try, if unsuccessful the only remedy may be surgery.
You can find good patient information packets on Peyronie's at www.peyroniesassociation.org and at my own personal website www.drleslie.org.
You'll need to consult a urologist about this problem.
