Question when i run or jump or do any exercise some urine drops leak out of my penis i donot know the reason also when iam under stess like iam going to enter an exam or scared i donot know the reason, also after i urinate urine does not stop immediately but drops keep on coming down one after another for 30 sec then they start to come down as i move or jump or even walk for the coming 30 min after urinating. donot know the real reason and would appreciate an answer

Such dribbling is not that unusual. A slightly weakened sphincter could account for this. Other possibilities include infection, prostatitis, prostate enlargement, incomplete bladder emptying and neurogenic bladder.
