Question hello I am 23 years old , about a week ago i decided to use a vibrating ring around my penis during sex , i used it for about 10 minutes and then again for like 5 minutes ever since i dont quite feel the same i dont seem to get the same kind of erection that i used to have ; have i damaged my penis permanently or is there anything i can do?? Any advice would be appreciated
Answer Luis:
It's unlikely you permanently injured the penis, but you could have. Usually, letting the penis rest and possibly trying some vitamin B-6 might help. Also, contact a urologist to get a professional opinion, especially if this problem lasts more than a few days.
If you check this forum carefully, you'll find a number of questions related to injuries from using these sorts of devices, exercises, rings, stretchers, etc.
