Question Doc, i want to naturally increase my Testerone levels without shutting down my testicle production. Is there any way ? Im an athelete and my T level is 460. I want to get it too 650 to 800, would my doc give me some T shots if i ask you think ?
Answer Gino:
No reputable or licensed physician would do what you are asking. This is precisely the improper use of androgens that gets so many atheletes in trouble. Your testosterone level is normal and you should concentrate on exercise, training and a healthy diet. There is no way you can safely increase testosterone production without decreasing testicular function.
What is it you expect to gain from an increased testosterone level?
