Question I am 61 yrs, male with diabtes in India. My penis erection is gradually reduced and now no erection at all. Please note diabtes is persisting more than 5 years. Please help me how to get rid of this and get free from ED. I am afraid of using Siddha medicines.
Answer Raju:
At 61 with a diabetes history it is no wonder that you also now have ED. I am not familiar with Siddha medicines but they appear to be outside the standard medical establishment.
Diabetes is not curable, but it is treatable with diet, oral medications and injectable insulin in the more severe cases. Erection difficulties are often associated with diabetes, especially after 5 or more years.
The erectile problem is treatable a number of ways including the use of medications like Viagra, medicated urethral suppositories, penile injection therapy or an external vacuum device. Most men start with the medications. You'll need to consult a urologist but your regular physician may be able to start things with the pills.
