Question
Hi

Im a 39yo diabetic (juvenile) that is going through a hard time dealing with erectile dysfunction but nevertheless I have gone through the normal pills(viagra, cialis and levitra) that had originally helped but died out quickly. Next was to try the injection of Edex and that seem to work but recently the last 3 I have taken NOTHING has happened. Im curious if it could be a poor mix that I got because I never had problems before with it.

I have just started a new relationship and right off the back I was honest about this since its not something I want them to go through - but luckily for me - she has been wonderful about it. I know sex is not everything - but Im stressing inside cause Im so afraid to never work again.

Would the next move for me be a higher dosage of Edex? or what usually the next thing?

Answer
Sometimes Edex doesn't work because the bottle wasn't shaken before use or it expired.  Maximum dose for Edex would be 40 mcg.  If that doesn't work, then we usually go to external vacuum devices or try Trimix which is a combination of Edex and two other drugs.  Adding Viagra to this mixture will sometimes work in the most severe cases.  As a last resort, we have penile implants.  Find a good urologist and take his advice.
