Question
Yea i have had problems with prostatitis i believe. I had sex unprotected and i ended up damaging a nerve in my penis i guess. I took all tests and then i didnt have any thing wrong with me. So i seen a urologists and they said that you're fine and people come in all the time with this problem. so they took a urine sample and never called me back, assuming that i was fine still. All the symptoms were gone so i had sex with another person. after i ejaculated i ended having symptoms like immediately. i thought my legs were hurting with pain, lowerback pains, nausea, tingling penis, and headaches. I stuck it in the girl for a couple of strokes without a condom then i put one on. I washed my penis with alchohol after i was done thinking that will be ok. But no such std symtoms show up withing an hour. I thought it was herpes but the symptoms gone again and i believe will show up after i ejaculate. But if herpe symtoms show up i should get blisters too. None showed up and the pains are gone now. If i ejaculate then it will happen again. I'm not sure what i'm asking you but what do i do? I didnt have herpes before and i dont see why i should have it now. Is there a cure for my problems?

Answer
James:

If you've seen urologists and they say you're fine, its difficult for me to argue with them.

I can't explain your symptoms with nausea and low back pains as being related to ejaculation.  That's very strange.  You may also have a higher stress/anxiety level making these issues seem magnified.

I can only suggest getting another urology opinion, perhaps from a university medical center.
