Urology - sperm leakage

hi, i am a 40 year old male and for the last 2 to 3 months, i seem to be leaking sperm, i know this might sound weird,but the thing is the top of the inside of my right leg where my scrotum is, seems very moist and has a really bad smell of semen, this seems to happen all the time, i can take a shower in the morning and by that night its moist and really stinks of semen, the thing is i might not have had sex for weeks or even masturbated but it smells of semen, it is also making my skin red raw and is now becoming painful, can you please help i have tried to get an answer over the internet before but no such luck....am i leaking semen if so why? and how do i stop it...and if im not then what can it be.....

Its probably not semen. The body just doesn't allow semen to be "lost" so easily. I suspect you have a yeast infection of the groin. You'll need to check with your physician to find out for sure. The internet won't help you without a correct diagnosis which only a physician can offer.
